ON Cloudtilt 'Black Eclipse'

Exchanges are not available for clothing pieces or last piece products. However, we do accept exchanges for sneakers that are available in your size. Please contact our team for more information about eligible sneaker exchanges.

At our store, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

We do not accept returns as a general policy. However, exceptions may be made under certain circumstances. If there is an issue with your order that was not clearly communicated prior to purchase, or if you receive a defective item that cannot be exchanged, we may offer a return.

If you believe your order qualifies for a return under these conditions, please contact us with detailed information and supporting evidence (such as photos). Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will do our best to provide a fair resolution.

Thank you for your understanding and support.

If you are considering purchasing a last piece item, please note that these products are offered at special discounted prices and are limited to the final available unit.

For this reason, we are unable to offer exchanges on last piece items, as there are no alternative sizes or replacements available.

However, if your order meets our return policy conditions—such as receiving an item with an issue that was not previously communicated or a defect that cannot be resolved through exchange—we may accept a return after reviewing your case.

We recommend reviewing product details carefully before purchasing last piece items. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Delivery typically takes between 1 to 7 working days after your order has been placed. Please note that only official working days are counted within this timeframe.

If there are any non-working days or public holidays during this period, they will not be included in the delivery estimate, which may extend the arrival time slightly.

We appreciate your patience and understanding. If you have any questions about your order, feel free to contact us.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $5 on all orders.

If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to contact us.
